About Me

I am a twenty-something, happily married woman.  I own a house, have a great job that I enjoy, a loving family, and awesome friends.  But I walked away from it all (except for my husband - I managed to convince him to come along) for an extended period of time.  I'm doing something that most people I know either think is crazy, stupid, or something they wish they could do, but would never be able to. 

I am taking some long-dreamed-of time to be selfish, to pursue my passion, to be me and no longer worry about what everyone else thinks.  And I just so happen to be lucky enough that my husband is not only supporting me on this journey, but is along for the ride and helped create this adventure that has become OUR dream.

We are now on the road, so please enjoy our stories, photos, and thoughts as we continue along on our adventure!

P.S. I'm also a recently-diagnosed Celiac, so I will try to share some gluten free food finds when I can as well!
